Good Day,
I have done work for Hollands Glorie
Casting Bureau of Amsterdam on a
recruitment campaign for the Ministerie
van Justitie/Dienst Justitiele
Inrichtingen.
The photographing/filming happened on
August 6th, 2008 at the prison in Vught.
I was told I would be paid my travel
costs of 47 euro’s that day and the 225
euro’s (minus taxes) for the work within
weeks. It has now been nearly 19 weeks
and I have been paid absolutely nothing
for either.
Thus far, I have spent many unpaid hours
of my time trying to get them to pay me.
They keep telling me that I will be paid
soon and given me various excuses that I
know now obviously are not true. I have
sent many e-mails and made many
telephone calls. Ridiculously, they
actually want to charge me a 7% fee for
administration costs. I have now given
up wasting my time asking them for my
payment since this accomplishes nothing
whatsoever. I will now be seeking
resolution through other means along
with registering complaints wherever
possible until they pay me in full.
In the last three weeks, they have
promised me twice that they would at
least pay me in a few days for my travel
costs. This has not happened. Obviously,
what they tell me is not truthful and
worth nothing.
I am not the only person that has worked
for them facing this difficulty and
being taken advantage of. It is really
not right that they do this and I think
other people should know how they
operate.
Wat_gedaan:
As I said above, I have e-mailed and
called many times and also re-sent
information a second time when requested
with three different employees at
Hollands-Glorie.
Best Regards,
Henk Griffin
